Patricia

Director of Administrative Services

Patricia is a seasoned business professional with experience managing administrative teams. Her background includes leadership roles from large institutions to tech startups. She joined Equivity in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Administrative Services. In this role, Patricia evaluates potential admin talent, and contributes to Equivity policy decisions. In addition, she serves as a Client Experience Manager for her team of virtual assistants (VAs) and their clients, where she matches VA competencies with client needs, as well as coaches VAs in account development and client relationship management. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships with clients and is recognized for approachability, sound decision making, and expressing grounded opinions. Patricia holds a BS in Education.
