Dr. Ezekiel Bonillas
Professor of Entrepreneurship at California State University – San Bernardino and Executive Coach
Ezekiel is a versatile entrepreneur with a diverse background in banking, higher education, consulting, and economic development. After earning his doctorate in 2022 from Case Western Reserve University, he joined CSUSB’s School of Entrepreneurship as an assistant professor. Dr. Bonillas actively contributes to his community, serving on the governing board of Desert Regional Medical Center, the Desert Sun’s Editorial Board, and the Eisenhower Health Foundation’s board through Latino’s in Philanthropy. He is also a board member for Get in Motion Entrepreneurs, supporting economic opportunities for Latino communities through entrepreneurship. He founded Prospera Business Consulting in 2009, advising entrepreneurs in the U.S., Mexico, and France.
Ricardo Martin
Investment Banker and CEO at Inverwealth
Ricardo is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in business restructuring and process optimization, strategic planning, and negotiations. With a strong management background and a sharp eye for identifying improvement opportunities, he has led numerous organizations to become leaner and more efficient. His core competency lies in strategic planning, where he excels in formulating and implementing initiatives that align with long-term objectives. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and competition, he identifies emerging trends and develops robust strategies to capitalize on opportunities while mitigating risks.
Cathy Medeiros
HR Executive Coach
Cathy is currently a self-employed executive coach, providing developmental and transition coaching for senior executives within Eaton Corporation which she retired from in 2020. After a 35-year corporate career, Cathy is enjoying her coaching practice and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of South County Outreach, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing homelessness and hunger in South Orange County. Cathy and her husband Jon live in San Juan Capistrano where they enjoy spending time with their four daughters and son-in-laws and eight grandchildren.
Eric Wall
Equivity Founder, Attorney and Expert in Virtual Outsourcing Solutions
After working as a partner at the global litigation firm Quinn Emanuel, Eric founded Equivity to provide assistance to attorneys and entrepreneurs requiring paralegal, marketing, and administrative support. Eric’s experience as an executive and litigator provides him with a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges faced by businesses in a number of industries, including those in the staffing and legal verticals.
Dr. Valarie Zeithaml
David S. Van Pelt Family Distinguished Professor of Marketing at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School
Valarie devoted the last 50 years to researching, consulting, and teaching service quality and services management. She is the Distinguished Professor of Marketing Emerita at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. In addition to being among the inaugural cohort of AMA Fellows, her honors include the AMA Irwin/McGraw-Hill Distinguished Marketing Educator, the Paul D. Converse Award, the inaugural Berry-AMA Book Prize, and Marketing Legend by the AMA. As of June 2023, her research citations numbered 283,550, the highest in the marketing discipline and in the University of North Carolina system.
