My experience at Equivity has been nothing but positive. The culture is very positive and your CEM always has your back. If a client does not match up like you hoped, your CEM is there to help find another VA that works better. A truly great place to work!

All of my experiences with Equivity since I was hired have been positive. Every time I reach out to someone on the team whether it is payroll-related, HR, or my manager, I receive a response extremely quickly. I have always been happy with the virtual culture and the helpful nature of the team as a whole.

The company is reliable yet flexible in its approach to communication. I appreciate the company’s ability to adapt to each employee’s specific preferences and strengths as to how we manage our time and clients. I like the autonomy I have over my workflow while still knowing that I have support from the company if and when I need it.

Encouraging, supportive and communicative. I appreciate that everyone is always willing to help and ask for help when necessary. That’s not all that common in the job world and I appreciate a company that promotes that kind of camaraderie. 

I think Equivity has an inclusive “can-do” culture.  Equivity  cultivates a positive and safe environment that I enjoy.

Honestly, it is the best place I’ve worked in a very long time. I still have things to learn because I’m used to having to figure out things by myself and not getting support from managers or co-workers. But Equivity is the opposite of that! I love the monthly CEM check-ins because it allows me to share more with my CEM and hear her ideas, opinions, and solutions.

I really like that I’m able to work with clients that my personality “jives” with and that makes sense for both me and the client. You tend to do better work for people that you feel connected to and work that you care about.

I would describe Equivity as a company focused on work life balance for working parents or adult care givers. Equivity does a great job of providing their employees across the US with the opportunity to work virtually at times of day that they are able to while providing high level customer service.

We have the best CEO and Managers I’ve ever worked with. The company culture is amazing, and our client support is incredible. We are a real company with real people, and we treat our clients with the utmost respect and care.
