Honestly, it is the best place I’ve worked in a very long time. I still have things to learn because I’m used to having to figure out things by myself and not getting support from managers or co-workers. But Equivity is the opposite of that! I love the monthly CEM check-ins because it allows me to share more with my CEM and hear her ideas, opinions, and solutions.
I really like that I’m able to work with clients that my personality “jives” with and that makes sense for both me and the client. You tend to do better work for people that you feel connected to and work that you care about.
I would describe Equivity as a company focused on work life balance for working parents or adult care givers.
