I have been overwhelmingly happy with Equivity. I think I have been with them for 7 months. This was the 4th answering service I used with the former ones being incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. The onboarding process was simple. I think it was around an hour and they got everything right the first time. The previous companies did not.
Generally speaking, there are 2 agents who handle my calls. Vanessa is in charge of my account and oversees them. She also helps out when necessary. She’s great. I enjoy working with her and she seemed to intuitively know what I needed and figured how to best assist me after working with me for a few weeks. And since the same agents take my calls, they actually know my business and are able to seamlessly handle my calls. Since taking over, the amount of potential new clients who end up scheduling consultations has increased dramatically. The other companies I used beforehand were so unprofessional at times that they drove clients away.
Overall, I have been so happy and impressed with Equivity that I have decided to utilize their other services. I am currently using one of their experienced litigation paralegals, and she has been great.
