Jenn is Equivity’s HR Manager and joined the team in early 2017 with a background as an HR generalist and blogger. In addition to on-boarding new hires and managing the day-to-day HR functions of Equivity, Jenn oversees full cycle recruiting, strategic HR initiatives, implementation of policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines, as well as performance management and metrics. With over a decade of HR experience in both the public and private sectors, Jenn contributes regularly to HR blogs across the industry. She holds an M.A. degree in American Studies and an HR Management certificate from CSU Fullerton, as well as her PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute of America.
